HDCS provides professional IT support and computer repairs for home users and small businesses across the Vale of Glamorgan. We focus on clear, practical solutions — delivered calmly, properly, and without unnecessary technical language.

We are a long-established local business, supporting customers with a wide range of computer and IT issues for over 10 years — from everyday home problems to small business support. Over the years, we have grown through recommendation and repeat customers by doing one thing consistently well: fixing problems properly.

We believe most computer problems need to be understood in the environment where they occur. That’s why we often investigate issues directly in the home or office first, rather than assuming a quick fix in a workshop will solve the real problem.

If further work is required, we take the computer to our workshop and return it once the issue has been fully resolved — at a time that suits you.
